How to Request a Refund

- Our team will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

Our dispatching warehouse does not handle returns and any item sent back there will be disposed off, voiding any right to a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of the date the order has been received by the customer.

Please make sure that you keep proof of postage for your return and use a tracked delivery service as any item returned to us is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Please send your item back to us using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
